2020 Texas Juvenile Chiefs Summit is an annual educational conference provided for the Texas Juvenile Probation Chiefs in Texas. It is hosted this year by the Northeast Texas Chiefs Association. It is located at the Hilton, Harbor Hotel in Rockwall Texas on February 23-26th.
